THE WORKOUT OF SPORTS

CARDIO SPORT IS A TWO PART TRAINING SYSTEM THAT IS DELIVERED IN LIVE SESSIONS & ON DEMAND!

  • GROUP DYNAMIC sessions are a "team based" training experience that is designed to replicate the excitement and energy of a sports game, mixed with our signature rock concert vibe. We get you amazing results, and make you feel like you’ve been pulled ‘off the sidelines and into the game.’ This is our signature total body work out that will develop both your cardiovascular endurance and neurological response, making you an athletic machine both on and off the field. 

  • THE CST TRAINING is a targeted strength personal and small group training program. When combined together with the GROUP DYNAMIC, this system yields the most powerful results anywhere.
